Drive a proactive safety culture and environmental compliance strategy that protects people, ensures regulatory excellence, and advances sustainable operations. Your role:Lead regulatory compliance and governance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal EHS regulations, including ISO 14001/45001standards, while maintaining accurate documentation, audit trails, and timely regulatory filings. Own risk identification and mitigation: Conduct safety observations, job safety analyses, and site assessments; monitor environmental conditions (air, water, soil) and escalate material risks to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations. Design and implement EHS programs: Develop and deploy initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling, energy conservation, environmental technology, and PPE programs aligned to corporate standards and industry best practices. Drive performance through data: Monitor and analyze EHS KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and deliver structured management reviews to leadership with insights, risks, and prioritized action plans. Audit, investigate, and improve: Execute internal EHS audits, perform root cause analyses on incidents, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Build capability and readiness: Deliver training on compliance, hazardous materials, emergency response, and sustainability practices; coordinate crisis management and emergency response activities to ensure organizational readiness. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field (or hold a Master’s degree with relevant academic focus). Your experience includes regulatory compliance (OSHA/ EPA), ISO 14001/45001, audits, incident investigation, and environmental monitoring. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Technology, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or equivalent. Your skills include risk assessment, root cause analysis, KPI analysis, program development, and cross-functional influence. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.
