Will review electronic file for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate and perform pre-delivery quality control check. Responsibilities for the Mailroom Client Services Receive, log, deliver and track all activity forreporting purposes. Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment. Provide mail services. Process inbound / outbound packages. Perform mail runs to the floors. Manage placing service calls and ordering supplies on SEI owned fax machines. REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong memory and clear communication skills. A positive, customer focused approach. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. MUST be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Mailroom experience is a plus. Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching. MUST wear provided uniform. - This position will focus on mail services; however, will be cross trained on print services once mail services are mastered. What’s in this Mailroom Client Service Support position for you? Pay: $19.00 per hour. Temp Assignment - 3 mos. contract w/possibility of extension/conversion. ONSITE: Oaks, PAM-F, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST - Weekly paycheck. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter.
