About the Role Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Gilbert, AZ to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with inventory, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution Load and unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse Pick and fill orders accurately for distribution to customers/patients Complete and verify paperwork including requisitions, packing slips, and purchase orders Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts Clean, sterilize, and perform minor maintenance on equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or documentation Preferred Qualifications Inventory management experience Knowledge of DOT/ FDA regulations (a plus) Experience in healthcare or equipment-based environments Forklift or material handling experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier items) Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to push/pull carts and equipment Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, etc.) Why Kelly?
