Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout. Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and day-to-day project execution. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation. Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Navigate NYC building management requirements, logistics, and site constraints. A successful Construction Project Manager should have:5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor, focused specifically on commercial interiors / tenant improvement projects. Strong understanding of interiors sequencing, finishes, MEP coordination, and fast-track schedules. Proven experience managing projects in Manhattan or dense urban environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
