This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be expected to produce quality work on time that meets requirements and adherence to company standards. While you develop your execution skills, gain practical skills working within complex environments and inspire others with your curiosity for craft and raw talent. You will be expected to share your work and ideas and seek consistent feedback from your peers. As a member of a larger team, you will contribute to our design culture by participating in events and building relationships within the team. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments .. Apply design standards, industry guidelines, research results, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible .. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment .. Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale ..
