This role within Transamerica Enterprise Technology will help to provide strong financial leadership support for the infrastructure and production services organization. This will involve supporting the leadership team of the infrastructure and production services organization with a wide array and diverse financial reporting and analysis requirements. This will also involve partnering with HR and Procurement to provide visibility, accuracy and disciplined financial management for the infrastructure & production services organization. Job Description Responsibilities. Utilize subject matter expertise to lead or participate in large cross-functional projects. Providing financial insight and ownership of key infrastructure initiatives including data validation, review, analysis and reporting. Review and interpret data to determine past performance and/or project financial results for the most complex assignments. Share information with others and aid in planning of next steps for financial data. Deliver a higher level of financial analysis for the infrastructure leadership team providing understanding to aid in solving problems in unique ways. Including support and oversight of actual financial reporting, forecast and the budget and mid-term plan processes. Collaborate with infrastructure leaders and management on cost control; Lead identification, execution, and tracking of efficiency initiatives; report progress against efficiency and agreed cascaded targets. Create communications for complex messages to a variety of audiences at the strategic and operational levels within the Enterprise Technology and Finance functions. Develop solid business relationships with all levels of management; partner with senior management to meet business goals. Partner with the financial analysts supporting tactical and operational levels of the infrastructure organization. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience. Ten years of financial analysis experience including financial management, expense management, operations, or business planning, with accountability for budget execution and cost control. Expert knowledge of accounting/finance. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to make timely decisions using appropriate information. A strategic thinker with mature commercial acumen and can apply the financial impacts and risks following business decisions. Combing financial literacy with strategic and commercial insight. Executive level of written/oral communication and presentation skills to provide complex information to diverse audiences. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial business systems. Preferred Qualifications. CPA/advanced degree. Extensive knowledge of assigned business area (e.g. financial management for Technology organization)Working Conditions. Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday)Occasional Travel >10%The Salary for this position generally ranges between $128,000 - $170,00 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
