You will be the vital link between our technical capabilities and market success, shaping our product strategy and portfolio development. By translating deep competitive intelligence into actionable insights, you will partner with cross-functional teams to architect and validate high-impact products that capture market share. You will act as a champion for our innovations, equipping our sales and partner ecosystems with the technical authority and essential collateral needed to dominate the competitive landscape. Assume end-to-end technical leadership for a product portfolio, defining strategy and architecting next-generation features that align with emerging industry trends. Use deep customer insights and competitive research to recommend corrective actions and drive continuous product evolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to review complex architectures and define requirements, ensuring technical alignment across development and design teams. Lead discussions with customers and partners to influence network design and deployment, acting as a technical authority at industry events and advisory boards. Develop advanced technical documentation (white papers, deployment guides) and manage engagement strategies to ensure the sales ecosystem and customer base are fully enabled on new releases. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical or optical engineering 8 years of related experience, or Masters 6 years of related experience, or PhD 3 years of related experience. Experience in OTN or optical network and Ethernet technologies. Experience with managed electrical/optical components, inter and intra-function operations in switch and router platforms and Data Center Infrastructures. Preferred qualifications:Familiar with CMIS, and various 3rd party host platforms and network management tools. Coding/scripting experience (e.g., C , Python, and JSON). Direct experience with electrical transceiver applications, including backplane and cable communications.
