Lead discussions with customers and partners to influence network design and deployment, acting as a technical authority at industry events and advisory boards. Develop advanced technical documentation (white papers, deployment guides) and manage engagement strategies to ensure the sales ecosystem and customer base are fully enabled on new releases. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical or optical engineering 8 years of related experience, or Masters 6 years of related experience, or PhD 3 years of related experience. Experience in OTN or optical network and Ethernet technologies. Experience with managed electrical/optical components, inter and intra-function operations in switch and router platforms and Data Center Infrastructures. Preferred qualifications:Familiar with CMIS, and various 3rd party host platforms and network management tools. Coding/scripting experience (e.g., C , Python, and JSON). Direct experience with electrical transceiver applications, including backplane and cable communications.
