Job Responsibilities:Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs. Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions. Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support. Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education and Work Experience:High School Diploma/ GED (Required)6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment.
