Our Inventory Coordinator is a key part of the Plant Materials Management, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams. The Inventory Coordinator keeps count of our products via cycle counts, ensures that company inventory remains balanced, assists in maintaining inventory records, and provides the information to management and internal customers as necessary. Duties And Responsibilities:Coordinates the flow of inventory information between warehouse, scheduling, planning, and purchasing functions within the Plant Materials Management team. Performs inventory cycle counts, makes accurate adjustments, and reconciles any discrepancies in the appropriate systems. Assist in tracking timelines of materials transfers in JDE - Assist in implementation and maintenance of upcoming Lot Control program to be implemented. Prepares and completes daily inventory counts. Performs clerical support work as needed. Other duties, as assigned by management (including, but not limited to counting inventory, special projects, material audits, and so on) Education And Experience Required:High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Valid Lift Truck Operator (LTO) certification required. Must have experience adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers. Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills:Previous experience reading and interpreting inventory reports, sales reports, and packing slips . years manufacturing and/or inventory experience. Works well with a team. Manages time efficiently. Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Pays close attention to detail. Communicates clearly and effectively. Demonstrates professional and polite demeanor with customers Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment. Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4 hours per shift. Must be able to bend and crawl for 7 hours per shift. Must be able to climb ladders for 4 hours per shift. Must be able to stand for 6 hours per shift. Must be able to walk for 6 hours per shift. Must be able to reach and grasp up to 6 hours per shift
