What You'll Be Doing:Assist with reviews and assessments related to fraud, waste, abuse, and compliance risks. Help gather, analyze, and summarize financial, procurement, and project data for oversight activities. Support preparation of review workpapers, summaries, and draft observations or recommendations. Participate in interviews and meetings with project and functional staff and document key points. Assist in reviewing contracts, invoices, policies, and procedures for consistency with applicable rules and standards. Help maintain organized case files, tracking logs, and follow-up on corrective actions. What Skills & Qualifications You'll Bring:Enrolled through Summer 2026 and into Fall 2026 in an undergraduate or graduate program such as:Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics. Engineering (civil or related disciplines)Law, Criminal Justice, or Public Administration. Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. Experience with Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and interest in oversight, accountability, and public service.
