Pay Range:$21.00 - $31.50 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Cardiovascular Invasive Technologists in electrophysiology assist physicians in performing multiple procedures including ablations, pacemaker implants, and structural heart procedures. Cardiovascular Invasive Technologists assist the physicians by managing fluoroscopy and radiologic equipment, maintaining sterile technique, passing instruments and catheters, and monitoring patients. Education Qualifications. Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required. Experience Qualifications. Experience in radiology/diagnostic imaging is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations. Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice is required. Certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
