Build confidence, generate excitement, and maintain interest and professionalism by using listening and negotiation skills when confronted with objections or skepticism. Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives, retail store managers and retail employees. Proactively learn and effectively demonstrate full understanding of current product programs and offering; communicate clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions. Minimum Education, Experience and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent experience in retail or related field preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer retention, or account management. Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed. Must have reliable transportation to and from job and training site(s).
