Benefits: This is not a benefits-eligible position. Summer Retreats & Community Based & Title I Tutors. Compensation: $40.00/hour. Benefits: This is not a benefits-eligible position. SS Para Pay. Compensation: Internal Paraprofessionals will receive their regular rate of pay, including $1.00 premium for applicable positions. Benefits: This is not a benefits-eligible position. SS Office Professional Pay. Compensation: Internal OP 2 s and OP 3 will receive their regular rate of pay. Internal OP 1 s will receive OP 2, Step 1 pay or their regular rate of pay, whichever is higher. Benefits: This is not a benefits-eligible position. RN / Non-Certified Nurse. Compensation: The rate of pay for internal bilingual tutors and other non-certified staff is $15.00 per hour if they hold a high school diploma, $18.02/hour if they hold an Associate\s degree, or $22.41/hour if they hold a Bachelor\s degree.
