Support the leadership and oversight of Brinks’ Executive Protection Program, ensuring all protective operations align with corporate culture, values, and expectations. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of executive protection specialists, drivers, and security support personnel, promoting high performance, professionalism, and continuous development. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, threat analyses, and advance site surveys for executive travel, events, and daily operations. - Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices related to executive movement, residential security, transportation, and emergency response. - Coordinate closely with executive leadership, corporate security, travel, human resources, facilities, and other internal partners to ensure seamless and effective protective operations. - Oversee executive transportation logistics, including route planning, contingency planning, vehicle readiness, and driver training standards. - Maintain real-time situational awareness of global and regional security developments that may impact executives or company operations, and provide timely, actionable risk mitigation recommendations.
