Lead the evaluation, execution, and negotiation of renewable energy acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships - Oversee advanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions - Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence coordination, data room oversight, and closing activities - Prepare and present investment materials and recommendations to senior management and investment committees - Provide strategic insights through portfolio valuation, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking - Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and technical teams to structure transactions and manage risk - Serve as the primary point of contact for external advisors and counterparties - Mentor and review work produced by Analysts and Associates, ensuring analytical rigor and development - Support long-term growth strategy through market research and identification of new investment opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred - 6–10 years of relevant M&A, corporate finance, or investment experience, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, or power markets - Demonstrated experience leading transactions and managing cross-functional teams - Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise - Strong understanding of U.S. renewable energy markets and project finance structures - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strategic, commercial mindset with strong attention to detail - Proven ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural, collaborative environment.
