Manage physical security operations for assigned regions, leading one to two regional security managers, supervisors, and overseeing contract officers from Allied Universal and part-time law enforcement officers. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, internal corporate policies, and security protocols while upholding industry best practices across all regions. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new security technologies to enhance safety and efficiency, while staying updated on advancements and their relevance to regional operations. Oversee physical security audits of financial centers, ATMs, night depositories, and corporate buildings, ensuring all security systems are tested, maintained, and functioning to safeguard assets and personnel. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop physical security requirements for new or renovated facilities, while managing the security aspects of facility projects from planning to completion, including vendor relations and cost proposals. Monitor and audit internal security controls to ensure their effectiveness, addressing any deficiencies, while providing ongoing guidance to regional teams to maintain and improve security postures. Handle all managerial duties, including staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations, and ensure teams are adequately staffed, trained, and equipped to meet security demands. Work closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Physical Security, to align regional security strategies with the organization’s overarching goals, while providing regular updates on security issues, trends, and risk assessments. What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or 6-10 years of management experience in corporate security. Proven track record managing security personnel and operations across multiple locations. Ability to lead teams, handle complex issues, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Availability for on-call emergencies and incidents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management software. Additional Preferred Skills:Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications. Experience working with contract security personnel and law enforcement. Our Benefits:
