Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 75 k/year - Saint Petersburg, FL - Our client, a privately held independent insurance agency in the Saint Petersburg, FL area, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and service an existing book of business. This role focuses on client retention, policy servicing, and cross-selling additional coverage across personal lines accounts. A hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 remote) is available after an initial in-office training period. Responsibilities:Service an existing book of personal lines accounts (homeowners, auto, and related policies) Process policy changes including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements Review coverage and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional personal lines products Obtain quotes from multiple carriers and present coverage options to clients Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve policy and coverage issues Support account retention through proactive account management and policy reviews Qualifications:3 years of experience working at an independent insurance agency (not captive) Experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts (homeowners and auto) Experience quoting and working with multiple insurance carriers Experience cross-selling or rounding out existing accounts.
