Customer relations management: Coordinating and processing client referrals Trouble shooting client authorizations. Data maintenance: Updating and maintaining client database and scheduling appointments Conducting daily audits to ensure data integrity Staff support: Assist with interviews & onboarding new team members Collaborate with Learning and Development department to deliver annual and ongoing staff training Follows all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, HIPAA, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the clinical team. Qualifications At least two years experience working in a health care setting, Applied Behavior Analysis preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Valid CPR certification preferred Knowledge of general health insurance billing preferred Strong understanding and comfort in using Microsoft Product Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
