The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking a qualified Community Engagement Program Manager. The Community Engagement Program Manager plays a key role in advancing this mission by planning and executing comprehensive engagement strategies, maintaining an active community presence, and collaborating to integrate effective workflows and a robust calendar of events. This position oversees event logistics, mentors staff, and tracks and evaluates program impact. Additionally, the role is responsible for budget development, fundraising efforts, and related financial activities, while also creating marketing and informational materials and maintaining engagement databases to support ongoing outreach and growth. Plans and executes comprehensive community engagement plans and maintains a community presence. Collaborates to develop engagement workflow integration strategies and a calendar of community events. Plans logistics, provides mentoring to staff, and tracks the impact of efforts. Develops budgets, engages in fundraising, and performs associated financial duties. Creates informational and marketing materials and maintains databases. Plans and executes comprehensive community engagement plans and maintains a community presence. Collaborates to develop engagement workflow integration strategies and a calendar of community events. Plans logistics, provides mentoring to staff, and tracks the impact of efforts. Develops budgets, engages in fundraising, and performs associated financial duties. Creates informational and marketing materials and maintains databases. Works with faculty, and students to develop programs, assists with the planning and implementation of community programs. Minimal- some carrying of supplies to community events.
