Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and communities are located throughout San Antonio. Pay rate starts at $21.60! Preferred candidates will have experience performing the following duties: Repair and maintain physical structures such as office buildings and apartment units using hand tools and power tools. Perform basic painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair work of average difficulty in response to service requests and conduct inspections of apartments. Perform routine tasks related to the maintenance, repairs and modifications of buildings, equipment and common areas as requested. Conduct comprehensive make-ready maintenance, including deep cleaning and disinfection for unit turnovers. Maintain exterior curb appeal and oversee swimming pool sanitation and safety. Operate and maintain power tools and mechanical equipment; assist senior technicians with complex infrastructure repairs. Responsible for all property locations, must be able to travel to and from all properties using a company vehicle. EPA and HVAC Certifications are a PLUS! ALL employees MUST have the following: a current Texas driver's license, be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of education.
