Sr. Manager, eCommerce will be responsible for driving eCommerce growth and investment strategy along with platform activation across Click & Collect, Pure Play and Intermediary channels. They will oversee and manage all aspects of our brands presence on these platforms, ensuring optimal performance and strong roadmap for growing sales. They will function as the US expert on eCommerce for the organization. Accountabilities: Own e-commerce strategy, investment, and execution across Click & Collect, Pure Play, and intermediary platforms. Lead direct-to-consumer strategy and execution via Amazon for MABI Non-Alc brands. Own digital shelf optimization and performance measurement. Partner with Media to shape and activate paid e-commerce/retail media strategies. Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to ensure e-commerce programs are integrated with brick-and-mortar initiatives Drive continuous improvement in e-commerce performance, efficiency, and capabilities. Lead a direct report and remain the US consultant and stakeholder for global ecommerce asset management & assigned projects Key Metrics & Financial Targets: E-Commerce Growth Retailer Content Scores ROI Own: US Ecommerce Strategy & Execution Influence: Global & Brand Assets Developed for eCommerce Key Account activation and US Media activity Veto: Content & Assets Not Meeting Standards for US Critical Stakeholders & Relationships: Key Account Sales/ Shopper Shopper Marketing - Key Accounts & On-Premise Global Shopper Team US Brand Finance & Compliance Creative Studio Qualifications, Education, & Experience: Bachelor's Degree & 6-8 years of Shopper Marketing Experience (Alc/ Bev preferred) Experience with alc bev eCommerce Activation Experience with Amazon DTC Skills Needed To Be Successful: Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
