Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, from pre-award activities through contract closeout. Negotiate contracts, including price, terms, and conditions, ensuring legal sufficiency and alignment with company objectives. Review and finalize contractual documents prior to execution. Ensure internal contractual compliance with all relevant terms and conditions and support management objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments regarding contract-related questions, issues, and problem resolution. Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and review subcontractor and vendor proposals. Formulate, negotiate, and execute contract and subcontract modifications. Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (ND - As). Interpret contractual work requirements and obligations, providing guidance and advice to internal stakeholders. Maintain current knowledge of relevant contracting practices, regulations, and trends. Lead and mentor a team of Contract Managers and Compliance Specialists, ensuring professional development and high-quality performance. Participate in special projects as assigned by leadership. What makes you qualified? - Government Contracts administration certification preferred (i.e., CPCM, CFCM, etc.) - Minimum of 10 years of lifecycle contract administration experience. - US Citizen required - Public Trust or higher clearance highly preferred - Ability to hold a security clearance, up to a Top Secret, is a plus. - Must be able to report to office in Bethesda, Maryland 3-5 days a week ISN Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
