Quanex is looking for a Human Resources Representative (temporary position) to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will get a taste of the HR world at Quanex. You will support employees and management by being responsible for leave administration, employee relations, employee engagement, documentation, recruitment support and general office duties. What's attractive about the position? Pay: Up to $30 per hour Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm Temporary work from June 2026 - December 2026 What Success Looks Like: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including filing documents, employee relations, attendance tracking, etc. Create and manage employee files within our HR system. Perform and complete exit interviews, new hire check-ins, and stay interviews. Participate in local recruitment process. Your Credentials: High School Diploma or GED, required 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferred Experience with Leave of Absences, FMLA, and PFML, preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products About Quanex, A Part of Something Bigger.
