The main responsibilities of our warehouse team are picking, preparing, packaging, and shipping products to our online customers. We have recently moved into our brand new heated and cooled warehouse. This position has a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends. Occasional voluntary overtime may be available during our peak season. This position requires consistent effort throughout the day to meet our basic standards. There is no downtime in this role. Duties and Responsibilities Individuals are to properly pack, label, and sort packages accurately. Standing, lifting, and moving for multiple consecutive hours. Individuals prepare packaging and components for future production. Individuals ensure order accuracy. Working in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a clean and safe environment. Developing a positive working relationship with all other team members. Personally adhere to and monitor compliance with all safety procedures, policies, and maintain good housekeeping standards of team members. Positively enforce Mega Force company policies, procedures, and work practices. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited department of education. Ability to read English text and accurately verify part numbers. The ability to lift to 50 pounds. The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb. Solid communication skills.
