In the role of Client Services Representative, we will be a strong advocate for our clients, both internal and external. The ideal person is going to have a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3 PL background, have excellent communication and organizational skills. We take our clients needs seriously, and as of the main lines of communication between our Clients and our amazing Operations team we know you will too. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself. Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts. Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients. Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client. Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client. Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency. Other duties as assigned.
