The Direct Sale Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Direct Sale Specialist. This role ensures the sales process is streamlined and efficient by managing sales materials, customer open order management, customer follow-ups, and reporting. By optimizing these functions, the Direct Sale Support Specialist enables the sales team to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. The role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring timely execution of sales-related tasks to achieve regional objectives. Key Responsibilities Include: Customer Management (Internal) Supporting product presentations and customer meetings with data analysis and clearly communicated conclusions that determine ongoing account strategy. May develop presentations that reflect and clearly communicate details to a customer. Help keep regional sales projects moving forward by tracking deadlines and deliverables Help maintain customer ordering sites to ensure product images and descriptions, customer catalog and pricing is accurate. Identify opportunities for increased process efficiencies and assist with the development and implementation of enhancements. Administrator Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of critical materials, including but not limited to internal account requirements reference documents, order forms, program products and modifications, client websites and electronic account files. Recommend and oversee system account settings and pricing integrity Coordinates with marketing to create brochures, banners for shop my. Cintas, catalogs, posters, etc. as requested by Direct Sale Specialist. Manage the open order report for customer management. Issue Resolution on orders and allotments Skills/ Qualifications Required - Highschool diploma/ GED equivalent required Preferred Minimum three years’ experience in a related field Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred ?Benefits. A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $23.49 - $29.59/ Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
