Fri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site leadership when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenity spaces while assisting with access control, visitor directions, and policy awareness in a hospitality-focused environment. Support daily operations by communicating with hotel and resort personnel, following post orders, and completing assigned reports related to security-related activities and incidents. Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
