The Value and Productivity Leader for our Ultrasound BU serves as the distributed execution engine for Cost Competitiveness with a strong focus on driving cost productivity across all cost buckets (total landed cost E 2 E). Your role:Provide executive sponsorship and leadership for the enterprise Value Creation Program, ensuring alignment with strategic, financial, and operational priorities. Set and own the enterprise value agenda, identifying and prioritizing initiatives that drive margin improvement, productivity, and sustainable financial impact. Partner with senior leaders across the business to design and execute transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and total value delivery. Establish robust governance, performance measurement, and reporting to track realized and forecasted benefits in close partnership with Finance. Drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to initiative selection, investment decisions, and benefit realization. Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and value ownership across the Ultrasound organization. You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. You’ve acquired 10 years of experience driving cost savings and cost-down initiatives across operations, procurement, and/or manufacturing. Project Management, change management and strong financial business acumen, required. Your skills include enterprise value and margin leadership, strategic financial acumen, transformation and change leadership, executive influence and governance and portfolio and performance management.
