How you\u 2019 ll make an impact in this role Translate the Patient Story: Review and abstract clinical information from patient records, assigning accurate ICD, CPT, or HCPCS codes to ensure seamless document retrieval and claim processing. Collaborate with Clinicians: Act as a subject matter expert by querying physicians when documentation is ambiguous, ensuring every record is clear, compliant, and reflective of the care provided.
