How you’ll make an impact in this role Navigate Insurance Logistics: You will proactively confirm coverage and secure necessary pre-authorizations for scheduled procedures, ensuring there are no hurdles to patient care. Empower Patients through Clarity: You'll calculate financial responsibilities and have transparent, compassionate conversations with patients and providers regarding insurance limitations or unauthorized services. Coordinate with Precision: Acting as a liaison, you will keep both patients and practitioners informed on the status of referrals and authorizations to prevent any surprises on the day of service. Master the Details: You will maintain meticulous records of all billing activities and claims, ensuring our daily reconciliation process is accurate and every patient account tells a clear story.
