Your Role: Spearhead water resource projects from planning and design to permitting and construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team dynamic. Partner with cross-departmental leaders to achieve project goals and maintain strong client relationships. Uphold industry best practices and technical standards, delivering projects that exceed expectations. Represent the firm with integrity, building trust and partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Provide innovative problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise to overcome project challenges. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client success. What You Bring: 3 years of experience in water resource, civil, or environmental engineering. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field. Active Professional Engineer (P. E.) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license. Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, public works, and water resource systems. Proficiency in construction calculations, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools and field instrumentation.
