Include reviewing, revising, drafting, and assisting in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including:Corporate travel agreements. Travel Management Company (TMC) agreements. Amendments and addenda to commercial transactions. Non-disclosure agreements. Sponsorship agreements. Promotional agreements Revenue guarantee agreements. Releases and indemnities. Consulting service agreements Event contracts with vendors Hotel contracts. Sustainable aviation fuel agreements. Other agreements, letters, and policies Developing, updating, and maintaining contract templates, forms, and guidelines. Working on projects and performing legal research on various topics as assigned Qualifications. What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience. Finance, Business, Pre-law. Paralegal Certification. Strong working knowledge of commercial contract principles and procedures 4 years working as a transactions manager or a commercial paralegal in a law firm or large publicly traded company. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and strong planning/organization abilities. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Team player with the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities with short. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification. Experience with airline sales programs, including corporate travel programs and travel management company incentives The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
