Program Planning & Execution Oversee all phases of assigned programs from launch through completion, ensuring contractual milestones, schedules, and deliverables are achieved Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and key milestones, including customer-required checkpoints (e.g., design and production readiness reviews) Monitor program performance, identify risks or delays, and coordinate corrective actions across internal teams Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, reports, and program reviews Ensure alignment with customer expectations, technical requirements, and contractual obligations Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and data packages required by aerospace and defense customers Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment with program scope, schedule, and technical requirements Facilitate communication across departments to resolve issues and maintain program momentum Act as a liaison between customers and internal leadership Documentation & Contract Management Manage project documentation including statements of work, specifications, and contract data requirements Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted on time per customer and regulatory expectations Maintain structured project files and support compliance with aerospace documentation standards Production & Program Support Support new product introduction activities including tooling readiness, material planning, and supplier coordination Partner with production teams to ensure programs stay aligned with cost, schedule, and delivery targets Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and program expansion QUALIFICATIONS Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on industry experience 5 years of experience supporting or managing programs within aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments Working knowledge of project/program management tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, risk tracking, work breakdown structures) Strong communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers and cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment Comfortable working with technical documentation, engineering data, and manufacturing processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through This position requires access to technology and information governed by ITAR and EAR regulations.
