Location: Wilmer, TX 75172 Pay: $18 hr - $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire What You’ll Be Doing As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely moving and managing inventory. Operate sit-down clamp forklifts and other material handling equipment Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Stage and prepare orders for shipment Verify product accuracy and quantities for outgoing orders Assist with picking, inventory counts, and cycle counts Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy Complete daily equipment inspections before use Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of sit-down clamp forklift experience (required) Previous warehouse or distribution experience Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to safety and reliability Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for 10–12 hours per shift Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures and conditions 10199377
