A chance to build your skills and grow within the warehouse and logistics field. What’s a typical day as Shipping Associate? You’ll be: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and checking for damage, and preparing items for shipment following standard operating procedures. Unloading products, organizing and storing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of all inventory movements and shipments. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, completing SAP transactions, and ensuring all orders are accurately labeled and ready for delivery. Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with 6 S standards and safety protocols. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and support a smooth workflow. Assisting in training new employees and performing additional warehouse duties as assigned. Proactively contributing to workplace safety and compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Are willing to participate in on-the-job training. Possess previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not required). Have proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (a plus). Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Can read and interpret technical documents and inventory records. Communicate effectively and work well in a team setting. Are comfortable using basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping. Are able to attend an interview on Wednesday or Thursday at 3 pm.
