Supporting direct patient care through working knowledge of the technology, equipment, instruments and supplies required for surgical procedure completion. Collaborates with all patient care providers to efficiently complete the day's cases on schedule. Reviews upcoming surgical procedures to coordinate staffing and required imaging and supplies. Develops standard work to drive consistency and eliminate delays. Actively educates team members on proper set up and use of equipment and technology for patient care. Anticipates surgeon, patient and team needs and problem solves in advance so that cases run smoothly. Qualifications. Required Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
