As a Property Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing coordination and assistance for a variety of activities and functions for the Hotel within the Engineering team. Specifically, an Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: - Monitor and follows up on work orders using current property management systems (i.e On. Q, Hot. Sos). Efficiently communicates and assigns work orders and preventative maintenance tasks for meeting spaces and guest rooms to Supervisors in a timely manner. - Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned projects/activities. - Monitor and keep department checkbook up to date. Communicating with finance on any questions related to PO’s and invoices. - Answer telephone and assist with department needs. - Answers questions, provides forms or directions. Refers all complex situations promptly to management. - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. - Maintain detailed filing system for the Engineering department. What are we looking for?
