1. Merger & Acquisition Support Partner with the M&A due diligence team to analyze EMR vendor data, identifying gaps, risks, integration considerations, and client onboarding impacts. Coordinate accurate collection of IT and EMR information to support transaction readiness and integration planning. Serve as a liaison between Sales, IT, and acquisition teams to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and operational needs. Prepare dashboards, summaries, and executive communications highlighting milestones, risks, and decision points. Use AI tools to streamline reporting, enhance data analysis, and support continuous improvement across M&A workflows 2. Strategic Analysis & Initiative Support. Translate highlevel concepts or business needs into clearly defined initiative scopes, objectives, and anticipated outcomes. Conduct earlystage assessments of technical, operational, financial, and resource considerations to support leadership prioritization and go/nogo decisions. Identify key risks, dependencies, and constraints; synthesize findings into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, alignment workshops, and discovery sessions with business partners and IT subject matter experts 3. Cross Functional Coordination & Workflow Management. Guide initiatives through established West IT intake and review processes, including the Business Request Tracker, PSCR, Workstream Deck, and roadmap repositories. Ensure consistent documentation of decisions, assumptions, risks, and requirements throughout each initiatives lifecycle. Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, success criteria, and required resources. Support the organizations move toward enhanced automation, AI adoption, and nextgeneration tools that improve operational efficiency 4. Reporting, Insights & Executive Communication. Develop clear, visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate initiative status, M&A findings, risks, and strategic opportunities. Simplify complex technical or analytical insights into executiveready materials to support informed leadership decisions. Leverage datadriven techniques and AIenabled insights to elevate reporting accuracy, speed, and quality. Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending refinements to analytical and coordination workflows. Minimum Qualifications 2 years or more of experience in IT project analysis, integration readiness and/or workflow coordination 2 years or more of experince preparing and presenting executivelevel communication . years or more of experience analyzing complex data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights 2 years or more experince creating executive level reporting in IT project/program 2 years or more of experince doing strategic analysis related to IT or Mergers and Acquisitions 3 years or more years of experince leveraging data to drive decision making. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelors Degree 2 years or more of experince leveraging modern tools, including AIenabled platforms, automation capabilities, and data-driven reporting to synthesize complex information, highlight risks and opportunities for executive leadership 2 years or more of experince in M&A due diligence, EDI integration, or EMR onboarding 1 year or more of experince in AI to improve workflow or IT automation 2 years or more of experince using Power BI 2 years or more of experience using Lucid software. Additional Job Standards Strategic & analytical thinking. Proven expertise in crossfunctional collaboration. Experince with risk & dependency assessment. Continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and modern collaboration platforms; familiarity with AI or automation tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to create executivelevel reporting, including presentations for all types of audiences. Application Window: April 21, 2026-April 27, 2026 Pay Range: 60,000-100,000 All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
