You will be the Financial Mgmt Staff for the Finance team. Our team is responsible for site-wide financial planning & analysis, overhead budgeting, staffing reviews, 1 LMX tool implementation, and data analytics. What You Will Be Doing. As a Financial Mgmt Staff you will drive comprehensive financial planning, manage overhead budgets, and lead staffing and tool initiatives that support site-wide performance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and consolidate site-wide financial plans, forecasts, and CSR/ LRP tracking. Manage, track, and report overhead budgets across the Goleta site. Execute staffing reviews, provide insights to senior leadership, and support business rhythm. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the F&BO 1 LMX tool and related processes. Perform data-analytics to identify trends and drive actionable financial insights. Why Join Us.
