Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience in Subcontracts Management or Contracts Administration; 3 years of experience with a Master’s; in lieu of degree, 9 years of experience may be considered for a Level 3 Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of professional experience in Subcontracts Management or Contracts Administration; 6 years of experience with a Master’s; in lieu of degree, 12 years of experience may be considered for a Level 4 Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking and innovative behaviors in past projects, roles or experiences. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Experience in Administering high dollar value Subcontracts. Experience in working Proposals, Captures, Acquisitions. Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance. Demonstrated strong leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment. Professional experience in a regulated industry; to include Aerospace & Defense. SAP experience. Click the link below: Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
