Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Director of Recruiting Operations – Women’s Basketball for Athletics. This position will work under the supervision of the Head Coach. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in the coordination for recruiting of the Women’s Basketball Intercollegiate Athletics Program. Manages and executes all recruiting operations, allowing coaches to focus on building relationships with prospective student-athletes and evaluating talent while maintaining full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations. Maintains the recruiting database and calendar, oversees official and unofficial visits. Organizes travel for recruiting staff. Assists in the creation of personalized recruiting materials and graphic.
