Key Responsibilities as a Bartender. Service Excellence: Oversee the daily delivery of a la carte beverage service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Operational Oversight: Manage bar station setups and daily checklists, ensuring all discrepancies are reported to management. Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and promptly report any equipment or maintenance needs to the Food and Beverage Director. Inventory & Safety: Ensure all bar supplies and equipment are stored correctly while adhering to company safety protocols and accident reporting procedures. Professional Standards: Maintain strict punctuality, follow uniform requirements, and adhere to time-clock procedures. Requirements for a Bartender. Proven Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in a professional bartending role. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Micros POS systems is highly preferred. Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Communication & Multitasking: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
