Essential Responsibilities: Lead complex pricing projects that require an understanding of current business trends and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pricing-related issues and implement best practices. Analyze data to identify pricing opportunities and recommend adjustments to enhance profitability. Develop and maintain pricing models that support strategic decision-making. Drive global process improvements related to pricing strategies and structures. Minimum Qualifications:8 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:Own end-to-end pricing configuration and validation — ensuring price categories are created, assigned and reconciled against executed agreements accurately, on time and in compliance with SOX controls. Serve as the primary Pricing Ops partner to Sales, Legal and Pricing Product — supporting complex deal structuring, resolving escalated operational issues and contributing to process design and tooling decisions that improve the end-to-end contracting and pricing lifecycle. Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of pricing operations analysts. Set clear goals, build team capability and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement. Identify and drive operational improvements that reduce manual touchpoints, improve accuracy and enable greater automation across pricing configuration, contract validation and amendment processes. Support cross-functional Pricing Transformation initiatives — contributing operational expertise, representing Pricing Ops requirements and helping drive the implementation of new capabilities, processes and automation across the pricing lifecycle. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:Primary Location | Pay Range:Chicago, Illinois | ($130,500.00 - $193,600.00 Annually)Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:Austin, Texas | ($130,500.00 - $193,600.00 Annually) Omaha, Nebraska | ($123,500.00 - $183,700.00 Annually) Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
