You will partner with the best-in-class Technical Sales and Solutions Engineering organization supporting one of the world's largest Hyperscalers | Cloud Providers! Your collaborators will include the Amazon Client Director, Client Execs, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineering Leaders, Solutions Engineers, Principal Engineers, Specialists, Services Sellers, BU teams (Leadership, Product, Engineering), Customer Experience (CX) Delivery teams, Partners and other Hyperscaler, Webscale and Neocloud colleagues – to name a few! This is a highly collaborative environment where your ability to influence with or without direct authority will be essential. Who You Are. You are an aspiring or seasoned leader who excels at building collaborative relationships rooted in trust and mutual commitment. You develop relationships at multiple levels within complex organizations and understand how to translate business requirements into architectural solutions that deliver measurable ROI. You have a sophisticated understanding of industry trends, hyperscaler infrastructure requirements, and emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)7-10 years of related presales experience with proven experience in engineering leadership roles. Strong technical background in two or more of the following: Enterprise Networking, Security, Wireless, SDWAN, Network Automation, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, or related technologies. Preferred Qualifications. Proven success in building and scaling high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, get results, and manage complex engineering projects. Experience selling to or supporting large-scale Enterprise, Hyperscaler, Webscale, Cloud or Service Provider environments. Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and standard methodologies. Demonstrated alignment with Amazon | AWS Leadership Principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Advanced degree (MS or MBA) in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
