As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful transformation initiatives that shape Intel's organizational culture and future. By applying your expertise in change management frameworks, you will design and execute strategies that enable employees to embrace and sustain change. Your work will directly contribute to Intel's success in fostering innovation, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring seamless transitions across Foundry Quality culture and other key initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization, empowering them to navigate change with confidence and adaptability, ultimately reinforcing Intel's mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities. Apply structured change management frameworks to design and implement strategies that drive sustained behavioral and mindset shifts across the organization. Conduct stakeholder assessments to understand perspectives, identify resistance, and develop tailored engagement strategies, messaging, and tactics. Collaborate across organizations to design integrated change plans, including leadership engagement and communications. Create and deliver coaching, training sessions, and e. Learning programs tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring key stakeholders are equipped for changeSupport change management projects from research and implementation to assessment, ensuring structured processes and monitoring progress. Conduct stakeholder meetings and interviews to capture feedback, track next steps, and identify development and training needs. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to meet stakeholder needs, enhancing performance and integration. Organize and maintain schedules, timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications:You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field with 8 years of demonstrated experience.-OR- Master's degree in business management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or related field with 5 years of demonstrated change management or transformation experience. Demonstrated change management experience, preferably in large, complex organizations inside Intel and external companies. Foundry or semiconductor industry experience. Preferred Qualifications:Manufacturing or quality environment experience. Risk management and change impact assessment experience. Resource and stakeholder management across matrixed organizations. Data analysis experience to measure adoption and effectiveness. Ability to partner with engineering leads to author and exercise 30-3-30 model of communication media to audiences. Strong documentation and executive communication skills. Proven time management and prioritization skills. Experience with SharePoint (admin/site maintenance) and Microsoft Teams collaboration.
