A strategic project for this role will be to develop a new process for analyzing profit across the eCommerce team. Since this position will have much interaction with executive leadership, this position must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. eCommerce Business performance and operations, delivering recommendations to eCommerce leadership and helping to coordinate strategic projects across teams. Responsibilities: Participating in strategic projects and operational initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, and executing strategic projects and initiatives for the eCommerce business and operation. Providing in-depth strategic insights and thought based on business analysis. Developing business cases and strategic options based on analysis insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives. Prepare an executive summary to share business strategies, plans, and deep dives into specific topics as needed/requested. Monitor eCommerce Business performance and operation, profitability, and identify optimizations to improve overall business performance and operation. Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments. Conducting financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Continuously monitor the customer experience journey and provide insights to supporting teams to optimize and maximize conversion. Requirements: 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree Experience of working with Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics, and/or Retail industry is strongly preferred Analytical and can use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways Works on complex business and operational issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinates others' tasks Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required Experience with Financial analysis to build business cases and to create P&L analysis Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, is required Preferred Skills: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally with customers. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Review detailed product development, marketing documents, and media materials as needed. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. Work independently and in a team environment to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
