Lee Health, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Florida, is seeking an. Advanced Systems Engineerwith expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our team. As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in administering, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services including. SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, and O 365 ensuring secure and efficient use across the enterprise. Youll perform upgrades, design site structures, manage permissions, and provide expert-level troubleshooting. Acting as a subject matter expert, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver creative solutions that enhance workflows and drive organizational success. What Youll Do: Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, workflows, and BI integrations. Manage Microsoft tenant-wide licenses, user roles, and security settings. Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals. Mentor team members and provide consultative guidance. What Were Looking For: Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 tools and services (SharePoint Online, Teams, O 365, OneNote, Copilot, Planner, Loop). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Experience with Active Directory Manager and Entra ID. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements. Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required (5 years of role-specific work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree). Experience: 5 Years Experience (in relevant technical role). Other:Some after-hours work and periodic 24 x 7 on call support will be required, including participating with Emergency/ Hurricane Response teams as assigned. Good listening skills. Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and solve the most complex problems and respond accordingly. Develops and maintains effective relationships and communications with all IS leaders, IS staff, and other organization leaders and staff.
