\u 2022 Support the Quality Manager in developing and maintaining qualified plant personnel through training, direction, and motivation.\u 2022 Develop, maintain, and enforce quality procedures covering ingredient and packaging control, testing, product disposition, rework, HACCP/ PCQI, GM - Ps, and sanitation.\u 2022 Communicate and enforce Kerry standards related to product quality, process specifications, formula compliance, food safety, and regulatory requirements.\u 2022 Provide technical support to drive process improvements and support corrective actions related to customer complaints.\u 2022 Support and participate in internal, third-party, and regulatory audits, including SQF and food safety audits.\u 2022 Maintain and oversee the SQF system, Food Safety Programs, and Food Quality Programs.\u 2022 Lead or support HACCP/ PCQI activities, including certifications, reviews, and ongoing program management.\u 2022 Lead and assist with plant self-inspections, safety inspections, and mock recall exercises.\u 2022 Develop and track Quality Improvement Plans (QI - Ps) and prepare key performance indicator (KPI) reports.\u 2022 Issue, maintain, and train on plant-specific work instructions, quality policies, and procedures. Qualifications and skills\u 2022 Bachelor\u 2019 s degree or equivalent combination of education and four to ten years of related experience or training.\u 2022 Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety, and regulatory environments within manufacturing.\u 2022 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical documentation.\u 2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, tracking, and reporting.\u 2022 Ability to analyze trends, variances, and root causes to support continuous improvement.\u 2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\u 2022 Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to management and respond to customer or regulatory inquiries.\u 2022 Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple, competing requests.\u 2022 Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical tasks.\u 2022 Ability to work in varied manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and dusty conditions, and maintain a flexible schedule. Compensation Data.
