Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and transitions. Provide classroom coverage and support where needed. Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup. Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center. Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed. Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed. Reliable, patient, and supportive when working with children. Preferred Skills Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment. Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning. Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions. CPR/ First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
