Primary duties include the evaluation/scouting of transfer portal prospects. Creates and produces advanced scouting reports for members of staff both in and out of season. Evaluates current members of Ohio State roster for staff use. Maintains the recruiting board for all transfer portal prospects. Assists with all camps and clinics as it relates to recruiting needs. Assists with the gathering of all measurements for prospects on visits. Assists with hosting prospects and parents on official and unofficial visits when needed. Performs research and special projects as assigned. Manages all full-time staff working in personnel and recruiting. Tracks and distributes prospect's results to staff throughout season. Manages upkeep of transfer portal database. Assists the General Manager and members of personnel department with all day-to-day activities. Minimum Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
